These terms apply to the AI by AI website and the one-time readiness review checkout shown on this site.

Service

The readiness review is a business and launch-readiness service. It is not legal, tax, investment, medical, or regulated professional advice.

Payment

Checkout is currently configured for Stripe sandbox testing. Live payments will remain disabled until public hosting, legal entity details, tax configuration, and security checks are complete.

Refunds

Refund requests made within 30 days of purchase are honored. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the site or services to submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, or sensitive regulated data unless AI by AI has explicitly agreed in writing.
